Starting our journey, our first stop will be in Corinth, where we will see the Corinthian Isthmus. The Isthmus connects Central Greece with the Peloponnese, while the canal divides the Saronic Gulf with the Corinthian Gulf and is 6.346m long. From this spot, the view is magnificent and if we are lucky, we will see one of the 12,000 ships passing through the canal each year.

Next, we will visit the archaeological site of Corinth, where we will be guided to the Odeon, built in the 1st century AD with a capacity of 3,000 spectators, to the Sanctuary of Asclepius, as well as to prehistoric settlements.
We will continue to Argolida and our first stop will be Mycenae. Mycenae is one of the most popular archaeological sites in the world. Known for the famous Mycenaean civilization (1600-1100 BC), which was the first Greek civilization of the Bronze Age. It was a kingdom of ancient Greece and Agamemnon and was considered as the most important centre of that time. Today, UNESCO has included it as a World Heritage Site in its catalogues.

Then, we will depart for the city of Nafplio, where we will be given free time to walk its picturesque streets, enjoy the serene waters of the Argolic Gulf and admire its natural and architectural beauty.
After our visit to the picturesque town of Nafplio, we continue on to ancient Olympia, where it will be the last destination for the first day of our trip.

The next day, after a good breakfast at the hotel, we will board the bus and we will explore the archaeological site of Olympia, the most glorious sanctuary of ancient Greece. Ancient Olympia is the birthplace of the Olympic Games. In 776 BC, the first celebration of the Olympic Games in antiquity was recorded. In the archaeological site, we will explore the temple of Zeus, the ancient stadium of Olympia, where sports events took place, the Olympian rectorate, the ancient Olympia assembly, the temple of Hera, and many more important monuments.
